The Mazda CX-50 upper tier trims all have the Skyactive -G 2.5 310 pound-feet of torque turbocharged engine with all-wheel drive and towing mode:
- Turbo: The Turbo trim adds LED signature adaptive lighting, a seventh exterior metallic color, paddle shifters, and black or brown leather upholstery in the cabin.
- Turbo Meridian Edition: Next up from the Turbo is the Meridian Edition with signature hood graphics and side rocker garnish. This model has 18-inch wheels with all-terrain tires. The exterior color options are limited.
- Turbo Premium: Similar to the other Turbo trims, the Premium has a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. It also has the roof-mounted shark fin antenna, 20-inch wheels, ventilated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.
- Turbo Premium Plus: The Premium Plus is like the Premium with the addition of auto-dimming driver's side mirror, heated rear seats, and Mazda navigation system. The safety suite includes traffic sign recognition, 360° view mirror, and traffic jam assist.
